Robyn is a Canadian-Portuguese strategist and expert generalist who connects sectors, disciplines, and cultures to tackle complex, interconnected challenges. Working at the intersection of food systems, sustainability, and public health, she uses a human-centred, systems-thinking approach to design and implement equitable, regenerative solutions.
Her work spans end-to-end project management, coalition-building, stakeholder engagement, opportunity identification, and strategic communications. Robyn previously conducted the first-ever research on food insecurity across the Azores (Portugal’s nine-island archipelago), examining the contextual factors shaping food access and availability. Her interests include food sovereignty, decolonizing food systems, shorter supply chains, value chain development, and strengthening local livelihoods through place-based, community-driven approaches.
